No prior experience in comedy is required! This space is for anyone who wants to explore comedy through presence, curiosity, and gentle courage. Actors, writers, stand-ups, or anyone who feels that spark and wants a place to practice.

This workshop focuses on discovering humor by exploring truth within your body and mind. We’ll explore the organic process of creating humor by slowing down, listening for what’s true, and letting the humor rise naturally.

Joke Lab
Are you currently writing and performing stand-up comedy? This workshop is specifically designed for you!

The Joke Lab is a weekly space to experiment, try new ideas, break things, fix things, and find the joke inside the mess. It’s an intimate, playful, and craft-forward place to grow your voice in community

Each participant is encouraged to bring five minutes of jokes and perform on the mic. After each performance, participants will receive feedback and guidance to help improve their comedic skills.
